Io Associates is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Bristol. They are employed in the infrastructure sector. Using data-rich, virtual, interactive, and collaborative technologies, they help clients make more informed decisions for difficult jobs.

Do you have the drive, skills, and ability to work with us as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, developing the future of maritime business?

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of a portfolio of projects to a high level of commercial competency, accountability, and quality and working closely across disciplines to ensure projects are delivered successfully, and within budget to enable growth. You will be client-facing to promote business development and growth while cross-selling our services and locations.

Requirements:

Proven track record of overseeing and managing projects in the energy, utility, railroad, and transportation industries.
Membership in the Chartered Institute of Surveyors (RICS).
Experience with standard construction contracts, such as FIDIC and NEC.
