iO are seeking a Senior Service Manager to support MODCloud customers and manage the incident process. This role combines business analysis, customer relationship management, and basic cloud technology understanding, focusing on MODCloud-specific configurations.

Start: ASAP

Location: Corsham, 3 day a week on-site

Rate: Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6 months (with high likely of extension)

- Collaborate with Service Analysts to enhance current processes (Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Change Control).

- Align project milestones and objectives with JIRA Service Management.

- Develop and improve processes and ITSM tooling with stakeholders.

- Assist in transitioning to improved processes using JIRA Service Management.

- Lead the adoption of a Level 1 Incident Service Desk with an outsourced provider.

- Implement service reporting systems post-transition using JIRA Service Management.

- Lead internal training for the Service Management team and create documentation.

Skills & Experience:

- Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and ability to drive adoption within JIRA Service Management.

- Understanding of core ITIL processes.

- Strong understanding of Agile; DevOps knowledge is a plus.

- Previous experience in Incident Management, Service Catalogue Management, Service Acceptance, Relationship Management, Business Analysis, and Requirements Definition and Management.
