Your Role & Responsibilities

✅ Develop cutting-edge UX concepts for digital banking platforms, collaborating closely with UI designers, developers, and product managers.
✅ Create interactive prototypes & wireframes, validate them through user testing, and guide them to final implementation.
✅ Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage data-driven insights to refine user experiences.
✅ Drive the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital solutions.
✅ Set UX standards, mentor colleagues, and share best practices to elevate our digital customer experience.

What We're Looking For

🔹 A degree or certification in UX design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
🔹 5+ years of UX design experience, especially with complex digital applications.
🔹 Mastery of Figma for prototyping and design.
🔹 Passion for user research and data-driven decision-making.
🔹 Experience with design systems and scalable UI frameworks.
🔹 Financial sector experience is a plus, but not required.
🔹 Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
🔹 Fluency in German (required), with good English skills.
🔹 Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to make an impact.
