My client is a Technical Managed Service Provider and is looking to add several Service Desk Engineers to their team.

They are a full-service provider of IT solutions with expertise in leading edge technology best practices, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT support.

Client is based in Portishead, would require working onsite upto 5 days until probation (6 months) with flex up to 2 days working from home post probation.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring effective computer operation allowing end users to complete business tasks. This include providing Level Service Desk Technicians with training, direction, and escalation support in addition to actively addressing escalated end-user help requests within predetermined SLAs.


  • Understanding and experience working with Microsoft technologies Cloud:- Azure / AWS, Active Directory and O365.
  • Experience with Windows/Mac OS,
  • Understanding of Networking and working with Virtualisation platforms
  • MSP Experience desirable.
