Essential Skills & Experience

Fluency in English (B2+); German proficiency is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field
Proficiency in Python (typed/Mypy), Celery, and Flask
Experience with Docker and Linux; familiarity with cluster computing (e.g. IBM LSF, SLURM)
Knowledge of software development best practices

Desirable Skills & Experience

Strong software architecture and design skills
Background in bioinformatics (Snakemake, Nextflow)
Understanding of medical software regulations such as IEC 62304 and ISO 15189
