This is a critical role offering long-term engagement and the opportunity to shape infrastructure architecture from initial design through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Architecture Overview Documents for Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop and enterprise Linux environments.

  • Produce Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and detailed configuration documentation to support OS migration and deployment activities.

  • Lead the end-to-end technical solution delivery, from initial design through to implementation and operational readiness.

  • Collaborate within a wider project delivery team, contributing to design workshops and ensuring architectural consistency across the project.

  • Support project governance, including engagement with risk, compliance, and project management frameworks.

  • Contribute to the design and creation of test documentation to support solution validation and assurance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in designing and delivering operating system solutions in high-security or complex enterprise environments.

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop and enterprise Linux distributions (e.g. RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS).

  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with automation and scripting for OS deployment is a plus.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solution Architect to play a key role in delivering secure infrastructure solutions on a high-impact programme. If you have the relevant expertise, we encourage you to apply.
