The Role:
We're looking for a Senior Applications Analyst to play a key role in the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Salesforce Platform and its integrated Go-to-Market systems, including CPQ, Marketing Automation, and Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
As part of a collaborative and innovative team, you'll work with cross-functional leaders to ensure the seamless operation of business-critical applications while continuously identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll support the strategic roadmap for Go-to-Market applications, including Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Marketing Automation (MAP), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). You'll configure and customize Salesforce, manage user roles and security settings, and lead key initiatives like Territory Management and CPQ enhancements.
Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll translate requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and strong system governance. You'll also support configuration in MAP and CLM platforms as needed and stay up to date with platform updates and emerging technologies through continuous learning.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong skills in Salesforce configuration (custom objects, flows, validation rules, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Territory Management is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience supporting Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo) is preferred.
- Experience with LWCs and Apex is a plus.
