iO Associates are partnered with a top digital consultancy who are looking for a Support Developer to join their team. If you have a background in Support Development or are a skilled developer with a passion for service and quality, I would like to hear from you.
You'll collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and technical consultants to maintain, support, and deliver top-tier cloud-based solutions that drive our customers' success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop tools and automation for internal and client-facing applications, enhancing supportability and enabling Service Desk Agents to achieve more first-time fixes.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in complex technical environments using DevOps principles and best practices.
- Perform maintenance and improvement tasks on the supported solutions and platforms.
- Facilitate the transition from development to production by creating necessary documentation and tools for deployment support.
About You:
- Proficient in developing, deploying, or supporting .NET applications.
- Experienced in developing or supporting applications in Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledgeable in:
- Front-end web development and support using C#
- Working with SQL databases
- Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
- Configuring CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with ALM tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Proactive monitoring, including application performance monitoring
Desirable Knowledge & Experience:
- Azure DevOps Engineer (AZ-400) certification
- Experience with Blazor, React, or Angular frameworks
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Understanding of SharePoint On-Premise and Online
- Proficiency with Windows PowerShell
- Experience with modern JavaScript libraries (e.g., Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of SOLID design principles and modern design patterns
