Systems Improvement Officer - Housing

Up to £33,000/- pa

Our client is a well-established housing association dedicated to delivering affordable homes, vibrant communities, and excellent tenant services. They are seeking a Systems Improvement Officer to support their Civica Cx Housing, Repairs & Compliance systems, ensuring smooth operation and maximum business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Civica Cx Housing, Repairs & Compliance systems.
  • Implement system changes, configuration updates, and quick wins for continuous improvement.
  • Act as first point of contact for user issues, escalating where required.
  • Liaise with Civica support and internal stakeholders to resolve system issues.
  • Produce system documentation, maintain configuration (lookups, letters, etc.), and support testing/upgrades.

Requirement:

  • Hands-on experience building and configuring Civica systems.
  • Understanding of housing, repairs, and compliance business processes.
  • Knowledge of housing regulations and standards.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience with SAVA or Assure systems desirable.
