Validation & Verification Engineer - AirC2 Domain
Location: The Hague, Netherlands (onsite)
Duration: 3-month rolling contract (dependent on deliverables)
We are supporting a major international defence and technology organisation on an exclusive NATO Air Command and Control (AirC2) programme.
This role forms part of the Integration, Validation, and Verification (IV&V) activities planned, a key phase in ensuring the performance, accuracy, and reliability of NATO's next-generation AirC2 systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct validation and verification activities for AirC2 domain integration.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and performance standards are achieved.
- Analyse system test results, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- Support the continuous improvement of IV&V processes and system implementation.
- Ensure all testing, analysis, and documentation align with NATO standards and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in validation and verification (V&V) activities, ideally in a systems or software engineering environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with AirC2 systems, defence, or aerospace environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related testing frameworks.
- Certifications in validation, verification, or quality assurance are a plus.
- Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a NATO Secret Security Clearance.
