Talent Acquisition Manager

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. You will work alongside the Chief HR Officer, Head of People, recruitment team and hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and carry out the full hiring cycle.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with the marketing team on employment branding initiatives
• Maintenance and enhancement of careers website
• Using market information to evaluate pay bands
• Leading the on-boarding process of new hires

The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience working in a TA role, were you have developed and deployed a recruitment strategy to attract the best talent and scale the business.
