Are you a skilled and passionate healthcare professional ready to make a difference in a dynamic healthcare landscape? We are seeking a Territory Manager for the client's Medication Delivery Solutions team, focusing on the Southeast region (East Sussex, Kent, Essex, and Southeast London).
This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in achieving our quarterly and annual targets for our Vascular Access Management (VAM) portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship: Cultivate strong relationships, positioning BD as the preferred partner.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and trends to drive informed decisions.
- Account Management: Prioritize and manage key accounts to sell and implement BD Added Value Services.
- Territory Planning: Develop and implement plans for sustainable sales success.
- Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training on the VAM product portfolio.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to regional team discussions and goals.
- Product Trials: Collaborate with Clinical Teams for product trials and in-service processes.
- Performance Reporting: Work with the Regional Sales Manager to meet performance expectations.
Experience:
- Degree level or equivalent with extensive sales experience and a successful track record in NHS Healthcare sales.
- Ideally clinically trained, capable of coordinating multiple departments within the NHS.
- motivated with excellent organizational skills, able to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Willingness to travel within the territory for up to 70% of the time in this field-based role.
