iO Associates are on the lookout for a Programme Director to work on a contract basis on something VERY exciting…

The client are world leaders in robotic innovations already, but this time they're going one step further…

Truly top secret, they are looking to bring new, (never been seen or done before) technology to the hands on the consumer. A programme they've termed "Advanced Manufacturing".

The Programme Director will be expected to have experience within transformational change and naturally comfortable in reporting to executive board members, CEO and Head of Programmes. Therefore, all round charismatic, engaging and a able to challenge the status quo character traits is what they need.

Due to the nature of the product, this never been seen tech cannot be disclosed until successfully securing the role, but to give you a rough idea the project will very much be leading edge, prototype equipment that no other company has attempted before.

The background of the Programme Directors they are looking for is:

• Previous programme management and successful delivery
• Come from either a vehicle manufacturing, mobile tech, or defence background
