First and Second Line Support

I am working with a progressive software company based in London who provide bespoke financial and accounting solutions.

The perfect candidate for this company is someone willing to learn, progress and develop with a positive mindset.

They are on the lookout for candidates who are passionate about IT and are looking for a role with HUGE growth prospects.

To start with the role would be based out of their London Office and then would move to being Hybrid or Fully remote depending on the candidates requirements.

Role: First- and Second-Line Support

Permanent

Location: London

Salary: £30,000.

The role,

• You will be providing first and second line support.
• You would be involved with the hands on running and supporting of complex environments.
• Providing Documentation.
• The role itself is yours to make what you want, the company is extremely flexible.

Experienced needed,

• Experience of providing first and second-line support would be beneficial.
• The passion to want and grow alongside the business.
• A keen interest in IT.
• Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Office 365.
