Post-Sales / Customer Service Cybersecurity - Multi-lingual

Post-Sales Customer Service Consultant needed for International AI Software Cybersecurity Company

Must have Scientific, Engineering, Technoligical or Mathematical degree to 2:1 grade or higher

Multi-lingual (English plus at least one other)

London/Remote - Up to £36,000 pa

My client, a leading AI software company on a mission to tackle the Cyber Security problem is expanding its Post Sales/Customer Care team in London.

This role is open to recent graduates, with a STEM degree of 2:1 or higher and also those with 1 to 3 years of experience and has a starting salary of £36,000.

The position sits within in the Accelerator Cyber Technologist team in London and requires employees to be hands on and client facing. You will need a strong interest in Cyber Security and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills as well technically focussed as much of time will be spent liaising with Cyber Engineer colleagues. This is largely a post sales/customer care role with no pre-sales responsibilities.

Successful candidates will ideally be tri-lingual, at minimum bi-lingual. These should be English plus one or preferably two of the following languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Dutch or Japanese.

Whilst remote working is on offer, candidates will be expected to be in the London office on a regular basis.
