Post-Sales / Customer Service Cybersecurity - Multi-lingual

Post-Sales Customer Service Consultant needed for International AI Software Cybersecurity Company

Must have Scientific, Engineering, Technoligical or Mathematical degree to 2:1 grade or higher

Multi-lingual (English plus at least one other European language)

London/Remote - Up to £36,000 pa

My client, a leading AI software company on a mission to tackle the Cyber Security problem is expanding its Post Sales/Customer Care team in London.

This role is open to recent graduates, with a STEM degree of 2:1 or higher and also those with 1 to 3 years of experience and has a starting salary of up to £36,000.

The position sits within in the Accelerator Cyber Technologist team in London and requires employees to be hands on and client facing. You will need a strong and proven interest in Cyber Security and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills as well technically focussed as much of time will be spent liaising with Cyber Engineer colleagues. This is largely a post sales/customer care role with no pre-sales responsibilities.

Successful candidates will ideally be tri-lingual, at minimum bi-lingual. These should be English plus one or preferably two of the following languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Dutch or Japanese.

Whilst remote working is on offer, candidates will be expected to be in the London office on a regular basis.
