£45,000 to £55,000 / Bristol or London - Part Remote

A hugely successful and international law firm is looking for an experienced Service Design & Transition Manager to join their delivery team. This is due to rapid growth and success over the last year.

As the Service Design & Transition Manager you will deliver service design and transition activities in support of the firms IT projects and infrastructure related maintenance activities. acting as the main interface for project managers and stakeholder regarding service design and transitions. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding and successful law firm, with a great working culture.

This role will include/require:

• Delivering service design and transition activities to support IT projects and infrastructure
• Liaising and acting as the main interface for project managers and stakeholders with key manager and Head of across the business
• Ensuring that service design and transition requirements are incorporated into all projects
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework
• Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure ideally Azure
• Good understanding of project lifecycle, such as Prince 2 or Agile IT
