2nd Line Support

iO Associates are working with an industry-leading company who provide technology services to household names in th UK and internationally. They are currently on the lookout for a 2nd Line Support in their Bristol office to help them in their continued growth.

This company is well-known for its innovative approach to technology, and it top quality training and development. This Infrastructure Support Engineer will have the opportunity to learn AWS and SD-WAN among others. They are able to interview and onboard remotely.

Role: 2nd Line Support

Location: Bristol

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + excellent benefits

This position will provide 2nd ine infrastructure support to customers as well as internal staff, and working with a variety of different technology.

In this role you will handle escalations from first line support, providing an excellent level of customer support. Communication with team members and customers is a key skill for this opportunity.

Responsibilities of this role include:

• Daily checks on customer systems
• Liaising with developmet and consultant teams on issues
• Liaising with 3rd part vendors
• Log file analysis and fault investigation

This role will involve working with:

• Windows OS
• Active Directory
• Dell storage
• VMWare
• Cisco
• Microsoft SQL
