AOG Technician

iO Associates are currently partnering with a Luxury Aviation company in Switzerland who are seeking an AOG Technician to join their team in Basel.

What you will be doing:

• Responds promptly to customer AOG requests.
• Coordinates local handling tasks such as airport access, tool and part logistics, and offsite returns in collaboration with the customer.
• Facilitates communication with OEMs or our clients' maintenance stations as needed.
• Conducts aircraft recovery operations to ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations, leading to Release to Service.
• Delivers comprehensive technical documentation to relevant customer stakeholders.
• Offers regular feedback on customer satisfaction and AOG duties.
• Assists in enhancing the AOG Duty Managers' knowledge base.

Role requirements:

• A comprehensive grasp of the aerospace MRO sector, including knowledge of OEMs and regulatory compliance, is essential.
• Applicants must hold a B1 or B2 Maintenance License and possess Type Rating(s) for aircraft models ranging from Falcon 2000/7x/8x to Gulfstream GV to G650.
