Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis across stakeholder mapping (SIPOC), mission evaluation (PESTLE, Gap Analysis), and future capability scanning (Three Horizons)
Conduct workshops, interviews, and desk research
Produce stakeholder maps, process models, and evidence-based recommendations
Support in-person and virtual workshops with government departments

Requirements

5+ years' business analysis experience in public sector or regulated environments
Strong BA tools knowledge (SIPOC, RACI, PESTLE, GAP, SWOT)
Experience with multi-stakeholder programmes and workshops
Excellent communication, report writing, and organisational skills
Hold or eligible for SC clearance.

Desirable

Knowledge of UK civil space, aviation, environmental data, or defence
Experience with Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, or Power BI

Work Environment

Remote with occasional UK travel for workshops
