Business Change Manager

Bristol / Up to £60,000 / Hybrid Working

A successful top 100 law firm in the UK is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their Change and Transformation team. This is due to rapid growth and success over the last year.

The Change Manager will lead major change projects across both business transformations and IT applications, which have a significant impact on the firm. Combining strong Project Management and excellent Communication skills to deliver successful change.

This role will include/require:

Leading and managing major change projects, across both business and IT applications.
Assisting legal teams in enhancing their operational processes to enhance client services further.
Identifying strategies to aid legal teams in innovating and introducing new products and services to the market.
Knowledge of law firms or professional services and the delivery of legal services.
Strong stakeholder management experience, including senior management.
Good IT knowledge/skills.
Ideally have a Project/Change Management certification such as Prince2 or APMP.
