Business Development Manager (Government Departments)

Role: Business Development Manager

Location: UK remote

Salary: £60-85k

Cabinet Office, FCDO, DEFRA and No 10…if this sounds like a prior client base then this one might be for you.
We're working with a Software solutions provider that have a number of products focussed around AI, ML and situational awareness that are looking to hire a new BDM for their Government partner stream.
The role will be based remotely with frequent customer travel in London and they're looking for someone who understands the technical capabilities of software products and their effect and implications of integration in to Government departments.

The business themselves have a number of current key relationships in the Home Office, MOD & Intelligence community but are looking to furth grow their Government client base.

This is definitely a role for someone who relishes the challenge of the sell and enjoys the opportunity to actively BD users, finding solutions and being able to sell the product to truly enhance the capabilities of the user group.
Giving the product base the business work within they're looking for someone with experience of smaller software based sales ranging from £50k - £1million in short and sharp sales cycles.
