iO Associates seek a skilled Business Process Architect / Business Consultant to join a large Energy project.

Rate: Open

Duration: 3 months rolling (min 12 months)

Location: Remote - with 3 days in Munich per month - covered by client

Language: English

The Process Architect plays a crucial role in the efficient and effective implementation of the Data Platform operating model.

You will be designing, developing, and optimizing the processes and process framework of the Data Platform program.

Having a strong background in defining, refining, and describing processes within a product organization, including product management, product development and product operations.

Having worked in Energy sector or on an Energy project would be a huge benefit.

Core Experience:

  • Proven experience in defining, developing, and improving processes within product organizations

(organizational development, process management, management systems or equivalent) using and

  • following specifications from methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, ITIL and ITOM.
  • Profound knowledge in Process modelling and adjacent standards BPMN, DMN or similar.
  • Experience and solid understanding of product and product portfolio management (i.e. R.G. Cooper),
  • Product Development Flow (D. G. Reinertsen)
  • Experience and solid understanding of product delivery (Scrum, SAFe, Mutli-Release Management,

Platform Engineering …)

  • Proficiency in Process management and process design methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience and solid understanding of product operations (ITIL / ITSM, DevOps, SRE, etc.)
  • Fluent English in speech and writing (at least C1)
