Contract Network Engineer

We are working closing with a leading technology consultancy in their search for an experienced Network Engineer/Architect to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Palo Alto, Azure Networks, Cisco and Juniper, and the ability to lead a project to introduce highly available private peering between the end client and a 3rd party throughout the global footprint.

This is an initial 3-month contract with possibility to be extended beyond. Candidates must currently residing in the U.K. with the right to work to be considered.

Role location: Fully remote

Day rate: £500 to £525 Inside IR35

Key requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Juniper networking
• Knowledge of Cisco, and Azure networking
• Highly skilled in matters of network design with expert level skills in dynamic routing protocols
• Experienced in security separation, firewalling with specific skills in Juniper SRX
• Proven track record of operating and leading architectural change within highly available environments
