Role: Customer Software Support Analyst

The role will involve,

  • Providing customer support.
  • Handling customer queries via email and telephone.
  • Solving Software issues (Training will be provided).

Experienced needed,

  • Experience of providing customer support.
  • The passion to want and grow alongside the business.
  • Client services relations.
  • Using ticketing systems.
