Senior Data Consultant (m/w/d) - Remote (Germany)

Your Responsibilities
Lead and execute data platform projects for enterprise and mid-market clients, from architecture to implementation.
Design scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake.
Build and optimise data pipelines, data models, and governance frameworks.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into robust technical concepts.
Facilitate workshops, client enablement, and best-practice recommendations.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge building.
Support innovation, proofs-of-concept, and continuous improvement initiatives within the consulting team.
Your Profile
Native or near-native German speaker (essential for client communication).
5+ years of experience in data engineering, data consulting, or similar roles.
Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake (ideally more than one).
Strong conceptual and architectural understanding of data platforms and modern data stacks.
Experience building robust data pipelines and clean data models.
Experience leading or mentoring others is a plus.
