Senior Data Consultant (m/w/d) - Remote (Germany)

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute data platform projects for enterprise and mid-market clients, from architecture to implementation.

  • Design scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake.

  • Build and optimise data pipelines, data models, and governance frameworks.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into robust technical concepts.

  • Facilitate workshops, client enablement, and best-practice recommendations.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge building.

  • Support innovation, proofs-of-concept, and continuous improvement initiatives within the consulting team.

Your Profile

  • Native or near-native German speaker (essential for client communication).

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data consulting, or similar roles.

  • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake (ideally more than one).

  • Strong conceptual and architectural understanding of data platforms and modern data stacks.

  • Experience building robust data pipelines and clean data models.

  • Experience leading or mentoring others is a plus.
