iO are looking for a Service Manager with ITIL and ServiceNow experience with an active DV clearance.
Start: ASAP
Location: Hybrid (On-site one day a week in Reading)
Rate: £450-500 Outside IR35
Length: 6 months
    • ITIL Service Accreditation, preferably an ITIL Service Design accreditation, but overall experience of working with the full ITIL lifecycle
    • Experience of ITIL Service Design implementation background, particularly within a large, complex transformation programme
    • Stakeholder management, leadership, influencing, collaboration skills preferred above technical skills
    • Experience of implementing a Service Strategy, ideally in an organisation where this may not have been fully developed
    • Experience of Service Now, workflows, catalogues, automation of service provisioning
