Principal Electrical Engineer - Water Industry

Location- Multiple locations

Salary- Upto £70,000

IO is seeking a talented Principal/Senior Electrical Engineer to join our esteemed Water Business team based in the client's vibrant offices. This is a prime opportunity to contribute to their legacy of pioneering solutions that meet the dynamic demands of the UK water industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead EICA design services for a diverse range of projects within the water sector.
  • Engage in the entire project life cycle, from concept development to detailed design and implementation.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site surveys, and investigations to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including clients, project managers, technical leaders, and supply chain partners.
  • Assess existing electrical and ICA infrastructure, contributing to the development and delivery of innovative EICA designs.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

About You:

  • Be Chartered or Incorporated with the IET, with substantial experience in EICA design, preferably within the water industry.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in writing technical specifications, control philosophies, and reports.
  • Possess strong communication skills, capable of delivering technical presentations and contributing effectively to collaborative design discussions.
