Engineering Manager | Software Development | Prague

iO Associates are partnering with a cutting-edge software development business, who are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join their team in Prague.

Joining an established department, you will be leading a team of Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and QA Testers.

You will be providing technical guidance and direction to the team on development tasks contributing to software design, mentoring team members on software development techniques, assisting in designing, modifying, implementing, optimising, and debugging features of products and collaborating with the Product Producer on sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile development activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of software development experience.
Experience leading a team.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
