Engineering Team Lead

iO Associates is partnering with a leading IT consulting and services company in Vietnam to hire an Engineering Team Lead. This company is committed to delivering cutting-edge, data-driven solutions that transform business travel optimization.

About the Role:

Join and lead a talented team developing modern SaaS solutions using .NET, React, Azure, and Kubernetes. You'll play a key role in driving product excellence for corporate travelers, meeting planners, and hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers.
Collaborate with Product Owners to align technical direction with business objectives.
Ensure delivery of scalable, modern cloud-based architecture.
Champion best practices: Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Advocate for AI-powered productivity tools like GitHub Copilot.
Remain hands-on throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of software development experience (C#, cloud architecture).
2+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong understanding of containerized applications on Azure.
Proficiency in C#, Java, Go, or Python.
