Onsite in Basel (1 day per week of remote working possible)
Annual Salary: 85,000CHF to 105,000CHF

iO Associates is currently partnered with a Swiss aerospace client who is seeking a French-Speaking Facility Manager for their EMEA Workplace Services.

Due to the nature of this role, my client can only consider candidates with EU citizenship or holding a valid Swiss working visa.

The ideal Facility Manager will be responsible for maintaining an optimal and high-quality work setting. Collaborating closely with the VP Real Estate & Logistics EMEA, you will ensure the seamless operation of our facilities across the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years in Facility Management, Hospitality, or similar
• Fluency in English and French (C1 level and above), German is a bonus
• Candidates must hold EU citizenship or a valid Swiss working visa
• Customer-service oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and project management (or equivalent) experience
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Basel Facility Services and support EMEA workplace management.
• Coordinate, develop, and optimize services, including management of all ticketing activities.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Handle service requests, issues, and facility-related incidents efficiently.
• Develop and manage space policies and the Facility Master Plan.
• Oversee supplier relationships, service contracts, performance, budget monitoring, and ensure contract fulfilment.
• Formulate an annual operating budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage expenses.
• Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with laws and guidelines.
