Title: Field Engineer
Salary: up to £80,000 D.O.E
Location: London (Hybrid)

iO is currently partnering with an innovative world-class software company who are on the lookout for a Scientific Field Engineer to join them.

They are disrupting the life science industry and empower scientists by making automation a reality for every lab. They work with labs across the world to understand their specific workflows and needs and develop personalised solutions that range from diagnostic, and drug discovery to synthetic biology.

You will be responsible for:

Embed within the sales team to assist in the technical win working as a liason between internal teams and the customer to assure the correct interpretation of scientific protocols and workflows to create solutions for our customers
Participate in team selling/solutions by working with engineering, product, and sales to create the best solution for the customer.
Attend and participate in sales meetings in order to qualify, scope, and solution system designs for innovative lab automation solutions.
Continually evaluate processes, policies, and procedures to optimise internal workflows.

Key requirements: Genomics knowlegde, Protein Sciences, Robotics, Good written skills
