We're seeking an experienced Finance System Implementation Lead to support the rollout of the Finance module during an upgrade to IFS Cloud. You'll ensure smooth integration, accurate data, strong stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption across the business.

Key responsibilities:

Assess IFS Finance functionality and align with processes
Prepare the Finance team for adoption and go-live
Manage communication, risks, and issue resolution
Support data cleansing, migration, and testing
Shape user access, training, and reporting needs
Provide post-go-live support and drive process improvements

You'll need:

ERP implementation experience
Strong requirements gathering & stakeholder management
