Head of operations - Malmesbury - 6-Months - 800 a day (inside IR35)

iO Associates are currently looking for a Head of operations to join our client based in Malmesbury for an initial 6-month contract role offering up to £800 a day Inside of IR35.

What you'll be doing

A large part of this role will leave you in charge of the delivery of IT Service Desk, collaboration, and end user compute services to global employees. In this role you will be responsible for migrating the current team from it & digital workplace into the DBS. You will be developing the vision of the strategy and building upon it to find new ways to work, build new teams and integrate into new locations.

You must have experience with the following:

• Over 10 years' relevant experience in managing service operations delivery in a global organisation
• Change management experience
• Deep experience in workplace service technologies and service desk operations
• Strong vendor management
• ITIL v3/4 and recognised IT security standards including ISO 27001
