This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of aviation by leading the full aircraft design lifecycle - from concept to delivery.

As the technical cornerstone of a major aviation program, you'll drive strategic design decisions, ensure seamless system integration, and lead a multidisciplinary team toward engineering excellence.

If you're passionate about clean-sheet design and want to make a lasting impact on the aerospace industry, this role is for you.

Requirements:

  • Leadership expertise with 12+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
  • Proven success in managing complex aircraft design and integration programs

  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and technical excellence
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee integration of all systems - structures, propulsion, avionics, aerodynamics, and more
  • Guide the conceptual and preliminary design phases to set the foundation for development
  • Collaborate with program managers to align design milestones with broader goals
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team
  • Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and regulatory standards (FAA, EASA)
  • Act as the primary technical liaison with customers and stakeholders
