Head of Product Management

Up to £71,000 per annum

Remote role with some travel requirements to key client sites

We're working with a forward-thinking, mission-led organisation currently seeking a Head of Product Management to lead and scale a growing digital product team. This is a unique opportunity to shape a user-centric product strategy that supports vital healthcare services for thousands across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

Define and lead the digital product vision, ensuring alignment with business and healthcare priorities.
Drive innovation across the digital product suite, using data and emerging tech to improve client experience.
Lead and develop a team of Product Owners, fostering a culture of learning, delivery and user-focused thinking.
Collaborate across departments and with external partners to deliver intuitive, accessible, and impactful products.
Use analytics to measure product performance and iterate based on real-world outcomes.
Act as a key voice in senior leadership meetings to represent digital capability and product direction.

What we're looking for:

Extensive product leadership experience in agile environments, ideally in healthcare or mission-driven sectors.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering digital transformation projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills - able to bring people along on the journey.
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and deep understanding of digital tools and platforms.
Experience using data, user research and industry trends to shape decision-making and prioritisation.
