iO Associates is currently partnered with an aerospace client that is seeking a Head of Supply Chain, Purchasing and Logistics to lead and manage the supply chain management, purchasing, and logistics activities of a next-generation new aircraft program. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of aviation from the ground up.

As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, you'll be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement, inventory control, and logistics within the aerospace industry.

• 10+ years in supply chain, purchasing, and logistics in the aerospace industry.
• Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and ERP proficiency.
• French: B2 level or above; English fluency required.

• Define and execute supply chain strategy aligned with program goals.
• Lead procurement, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Manage inventory and materials planning to meet production needs.
• Oversee logistics operations, transportation, and compliance with international regulations.
• Drive quality assurance and supplier audits.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team and foster continuous improvement.
