IAM Consultant

We are seeking multiple IAM Consultants to assist us on a project for a Banking client based in Berlin and Frankfurt.

As a skilled IAM professional, you will help deliver the project and own subject matter across Processes, Controls, Operations and Authorisation.

Location: Frankfurt OR Berlin

Home Office: 80%

Duration: 1 year freelance contract

Rate: €40-80 p/h Various of levels from 3+ years experience > 8-10+ Years will vary

Key Experience:

Applications/tools used (must have)

• One Identity Manager or Alternative
• Quest Enterprise Reporter or Alternative
• MS Office and Windows
• Familiarity with project methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for IT
• Banking expertise
• German and English fluent

Technological environment (Nice to Have):

• Operating services: (ITIL; Technical Architecture; Tool Customizing; Identity and Access Management; Tool One Identity Manager
• IT Security: Microfocus-Arcsight ESM, Logger and Connectors; Sentinel; Splunk; Tenable Vulnerability Scanner; The Hive SOAR; Thor Asgard IOC Manageme

Key Responsibilities/Areas or Execution and Controls

Execution:

Professional experience in IT service management, test management or the applications for which you are responsible:

• Experience in the processing of IT processes
• Experience in processing instructions in accordance with specifications in the relevant IT infrastructure
• Service-orientated approach

Control/Conception:

• Knowledge in dealing with various project methodologies, e.g. Scrum
• Very good knowledge of the regulatory requirements for IT in credit institutions (in particular MARisk, BAIT, DORA)
• Proven experience, e.g. IT projects in the financial sector, with special security-relevant and regulatory requirements in IT operations in the German development banking sector
• Proven knowledge of Identity and Access Management
• Proven experience in the design, modelling and consulting of the requested processes
• Experience in analysing processes and creating business cases
• Proven relevant certifications that are relevant to the tasks to be performed (e.g. ITIL)
• Proven experience in the coordination of complex IT projects, including relevant experience with banks or financial service providers

Professional qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Identity & Access Management according to ITIL
• Basic knowledge of Identity & Access Management according to ITIL
• Previous experience in the provisioning of applications
• Previous experience in customer support for IT operating services
• Previous experience in processing incidents and requests
• Confident handling of data analysis, SQL statements and simpler codes
• Experience with One Identity Managers as a central IAM tool
