Position: Industrial Project Manager

Pay rate: £40.00 p/h inside IR35.

iO Associates seeks a Industrial Project Manager for the Broughton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities

Contribute to defining commodity strategy and aligning procurement plans with programme priorities, including roadmap development.
Support sourcing activities by validating key business terms, assessing bids, and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
Monitor and drive supply chain projects (e.g., ramp-up, transfers), applying risk mitigation and industrialisation tools to prevent disruption.
Address supplier performance issues, manage claims, and support resolution of quality and delivery concerns affecting production.

Skills Required

Proven experience in supplier management, MRP systems, and industrial/quality management.
Strong project management and organisational skills, including change management and transfer of work.
Effective communicator with the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders across all levels.
