They are now seeking to expand their talented team by welcoming a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role will be hybrid and offering a salary of up to £42K PLUS an excellent benefits package.
As an Account Manager with my client, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted outsourced IT Manager. You will work closely with key client stakeholders, delivering critical information systems, evaluating IT infrastructure, identifying risks, and presenting tailored solutions to enhance business efficiency and drive growth.
In this role, you'll collaborate with a team of in-house IT experts, participating in business reviews and strategy meetings with client decision-makers. You will oversee all technology operations, ensuring they align with established processes and best practices, while also devising and implementing information policies that support your clients' strategic goals.
What We're Looking For:
- IT professionals with advanced 2nd line or 3rd line technical experience ready to transition into a client-facing role, or
- Candidates with prior experience as an Account Manager, IT Account Manager, or a similar position.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, IT Account Manager, Customer-facing 3rd line support, or Junior Account Manager (3+ years).
