Role: Solution Architect

Overview
We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions across core business systems, including ERP, CRM, Data, and Cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation across enterprise systems.
Translate business needs into robust, future-ready technical architectures.
Define and enforce architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Oversee technical delivery, including development, testing, and deployment.
Contribute to architecture documentation and governance.
Support vendor evaluation and technology selection.
Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement.

About You

Proven experience in solution architecture, ideally in regulated or complex industries.
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration, cloud platforms (e.g. Azure), and data architecture.
Experience delivering ERP and CRM solutions.
Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect).
Experience with agile, DevOps, and AI-enabled business solutions.
