Working with a large Engineering Consultancy we are a seeking an experience ICT Support Engineer based in Seraing, Belgium.

Within the ICT department, you work in the "Helpdesk" team in charge of operational support for users of a global group. Our technological environment counts:

Nearly 3,000 users spread over more than 60 sites in 7 countries
2 main data centres in Belgium with more than 300 servers
WAN integrating more than 50 sites

Role Type: Contract

Duration: 3 months with rolling extensions

Location: Belgium, Seraing, with Remote working

* Whilst there is plenty of scope for remote working, they would like candidate to be commutable to the offices, working a few days a week and when it's safe to do so and travel restrictions lift.

Rate/Pay: Circa €300-350 per day

Languages: French (Fluent & Madatory) English (very good) - Reading & Writing

Experience:

Computer technician or equivalent experience
Experience of at least 5 years in a similar function; ideally within an internationally distributed organization
Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of Office 2003, 2016, 365
Good knowledge of Windows 7 Pro, 10 Pro
Good knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals
Proficiency in managing users, computers, groups in Active Directory.
Proficiency in managing email addresses and shared mailboxes in Exchange.
Mastery of Teams, SharePoint or equivalent
Strengths: Windows Server, Microsoft Operations Manager, routers and switches databases, ITIL.
