iO Associates are working with a market-leading company in Bristol who are on the lookout for an IT Trainer and Support Engineer. This role is a combination of supporting and training the company's users.
The company is growing hugely and can offer great progression opportunities.
Role: IT Trainer and Support Engineer
Location: Bristol
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 + benefits
The company is looking for someone with a years' experience or more working in an IT role.
This role will involve:
- Communicating technical issues to non-technical people
- Training new users on the company's software
- Writing documentation
- First line support with basic technical issues
- Produce written instructions for customers
