We're hiring an SC-cleared Microsoft 365 Lead to join a top-tier software engineering firm shaping modern workplace solutions. This is your chance to lead high-impact M365 projects for clients across industries, including secure and government environments.

What You'll Do:

Lead the delivery of complex Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Power Platform, and Azure.
Shape the M365 capability roadmap and contribute to solution design, governance, and best practices.
Mentor engineers and support technical delivery across the full lifecycle-from discovery to implementation.
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and craft innovative, secure, and scalable solutions.
Contribute to pre-sales, estimations, and technical proposals.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience delivering M365 solutions in secure environments.
Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, Azure services, and M365 governance.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, and ALM practices.
SC clearance (mandatory).

Desirable:

Microsoft certifications and knowledge of AI within M365.
Background in defence or government sectors.
