Mechanical Development Engineer

£30,000-£35,000 Per Annum

I have just been instructed on two brand new requirements for Mechanical Development Engineers for a company based on the outskirts of Bristol.

This International company with over 4,000 employees worldwide works on the design and manufacture of high technology equipment at their state-of-the-art production facilities in Europe, Asia and North America.

These products require a high level of details and are typically used in pharmaceutical, chemical and other scientific instruments industries in a wide range of R&D applications. This role will allow you to work with the products from initial concepts through to design for manufacture and assembly.

Required skills:

• Full product development lifecycle
• 3D and 2D CAD skills (CATIA, AutoCAD preferred)
• Experience in several manufacturing methods/techniques
• Perform engineering calculations and undertake FEA

This role will be fully on-site at their office based in South Bristol/North Somerset and is for candidates with minimum 2 years' experience post-Graduation. Unfortunately, my client is unable to offer sponsorship, so only applications from British Nationals will be considered.
