Java Engineer (mobile)

Location: Remote UK

Rate: Up to £550 p/d

Length: 4-5 weeks

We are working with a UK based AI product business who are looking to hire a short term Java/Android consultant to aid them with a piece of work.

The role will see you integrating a custom C package into the existing Kotlin or Java version of the application to ensure seamless functionality and compatibility within the app.

Due to a lack of in-house skills, this will only be a short sprint of work and is not likely extend beyond the 4-5 weeks. Because of this, this role could suit an individual with the skills that is currently between projects.

The project itself is with a sensitive customer, so ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE will be needed, due to the short term / immediate need of the project.

Skills;

• Experience integrating a custom C package into either Kotlin or Java
• Experience with integrating C packages into Android applications.
• API integration
• Developing/modifying UI/UX components in Android.
