Job Title: Modelling and Simulation Engineer (Outside IR35)
Contract Length: 12 Months
Location: Royston, UK (Onsite)
Clearance: DV Cleared (Developed Vetting) - Essential

Rate: £75+ per hour Outside IR35

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Modelling and Simulation Engineer to join our team for a challenging and high-impact project. You will be working on the design, modelling, and analysis of complex systems using MATLAB / Simulink. This is a fully on-site role requiring an active DV Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Model and analyse complex systems and their interactions using MATLAB / Simulink tools.
Develop physics-based models of systems.
Apply system architecture, engineering principles, and processes.
Create and maintain test benches for simulation and validation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong proficiency in MATLAB / Simulink.
Experience in model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
Background in Electronics, Physics, or Mathematics.
Proven ability to work on complex engineering challenges.

Desirable Skills:

Simulink HDL Coder / Embedded Coder.
Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
Radar signal processing.
Hardware-in-the-loop experience.
