IO associates are partnering with a consultancy supporting a UK Police force embarking on a large-scale organisation-wide IT transformation.

We are seeking an experienced NPPV3 Technical Business Analyst with proven expertise in large-scale system implementations within complex, secure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with ERP or CRM platforms ensuring smooth delivery alongside technical and vendor teams.

Contract Details

Day Rate: Up to £600 (Inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid - London
Duration: Initial 6 months (likely extension)

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements across departments.
Support testing, data migration, and integration activities.
Ensure deliverables align with programme objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

Demonstrable experience as a Technical Business Analyst on large IT transformation projects.
Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
Ability to work within structured project environments (Agile or Waterfall).
Active NPPV3 security clearance (essential).
