Title: Offshore/Marine Coordinator
Duration: 01-Apr-2024 to 30-Sep-2024
Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom
Contract Role: 3 Months
Shift Pattern: will be 7 days on 7 days off, 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute vessel and helicopter movements as per plans.
• Coordinate emergency responses and traffic control.
• Act as Operational Controller under safe systems of work (UK specific)
• Maintain understanding of Ørsted Energy Asset Integrity Management policy
• Track people, vessels, and communications

Key Deliverables:

• Coordinate emergency responses and traffic control.
• Act as Operational Controller under safe systems of work (UK specific)
• Input data into Wind Farm Reporter or equivalent system
• Provide weather forecasting and observation system data.

Requirements:

• IT literate (Microsoft Office package etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Desirable: Awareness of safe systems of work, marine coordination/control experience, experience with SAP, previous offshore industry experience, knowledge of incident control, radio operations experience.
