iO Associates are working with a National Security & Defence Technology Consultancy, who harness novel technologies to develop exciting products that help protect the public against emerging threats.

We are looking for an Operations Analyst with key stakeholder management and reporting experience to join them at an exciting time of growth.

As an Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in analysing resource management and data to drive business efficiency's. Your focus will be on analysing reports and providing insights that will help optimise resource management and business efficiency's.

This is a critical hire as you'll prepare and present reports where your work will directly influence the strategic decisions made at monthly board meetings.

Experience / knowledge required:

• Excel, Power BI or Sharepoint
• Extensive experience within Reporting to senior stakeholders
• Confidence in navigating a complex stakeholder environment
• Problem solving, analytic & decision making skills
• Knowledge of the defence or national security landscape is a bonus
• Eligible to achieve SC Clearance
